Our business is engineering consultancy, we are a company to serve products with Quality and competitive price and make our customer satisfied. We are one player to drive innovation to our customers who need to do performance improvement. Our journey is about continuous improvement in innovation. What challenges did you face before adopting digital solutions?

In some traditional companies, although there is a policy to launch digital in organization to improve performance and reduce the cost. But the challenges are limited knowledge of concerned persons leading to barriers in entry and also limitation of the budget on some projects.

Smarter : In some traditional companies, despite having policies to adopt digital solutions for performance improvement and cost reduction, challenges remain. Limited expertise among stakeholders often creates barriers to implementation, while budget constraints on certain projects further slow down the transition.

 

What role does digital marketing play in your industry today?

As we are an engineering consultancy, we try to serve the most skill as we can. Not only products which we serve our customers but also bring them to finish all processes of deployment to ensure that customers are useful and satisfied. This process is called on-boarding process.

Digital tools creates many leads to Quatech Engineering company. Many people knew us through social media, google SEO, and posts. After we have leads, we can contact them convert to opportunities then turn them into sales later.

 Has digital marketing contributed to increased sales or revenue? Can you share any specific examples?

In the past, before launching digital marketing, we had to make too many cold calls. After launching, digital marketing reduces the time and cost to do the traditional marketing. Conversion rate from contacts is also increasing because of more right targeting than cold call. Whoever is interested in our products, our solutions will run into our contact automatically then make increasing conversion rate and revenue.

Since launching digital campaigns, we’ve significantly reduced marketing expenses while improving efficiency. Our targeting is now more precise, leading to a higher conversion rate compared to cold calls. Challenges & Future Plans

What advice would you give to other business owners hesitant about digital transformation?

Past, we never understood that digital transformations are expensive and less necessary to our business, until we met a brainfruit company.
